Gruve.ai Aims to Revolutionize AI Consulting with High-Margin, AI-Driven Solutions

Businesses across industries are increasingly turning to AI-driven solutions to stay competitive, yet many struggle to move pilot projects into full-scale production. Enter Gruve.ai, a startup founded by the team behind Rahi Systems, which was acquired by Wesco for $225 million in 2022. Gruve.ai seeks to transform the AI consulting landscape by automating repetitive tasks and shifting from hourly billing to a usage-based model.

“Technology services industry hasn’t been disrupted in the last 25 to 30 years,” says Tarun Raisoni, CEO of Gruve.ai. “AI truly changes that dynamic.” By deploying AI agents instead of relying solely on human consultants, Gruve.ai achieves software-like gross margins of 70-80%, far surpassing traditional IT services firms.

The startup recently secured a $20 million Series A round, led by Mayfield with participation from Cisco Investments, bringing its total funding to $37.5 million. Gruve.ai’s approach involves first understanding a client’s unique business processes before implementing tailored AI solutions. These solutions range from security breach detection to cloud CRM migration, all handled by AI agents post-deployment.

Unlike conventional consultancies, Gruve.ai only charges clients when their AI solutions deliver measurable value, such as identifying and analyzing a security breach. This pay-for-performance model, combined with partnerships with tech giants like Cisco and Google, positions Gruve.ai as a disruptive force in enterprise AI adoption.
